Are there any tulpas here that are better than something than their host?

Hey guys I've just started forcing few weeks ago. I have a decently detailed wonderland, regular head pressure, my tulpa seems to be 'alive'.
She's not vocal yet, thus I'm not 100% convinced that's she's sentient.
At this point I'm not sure if it's just my narration or her free will.

Guys, I think I've just passed a personal milestone in tulpamancy. I was just browsing the chan can, as I often do, and I felt this splash of giddy happiness appear inside me like a shadow appears on a wall when you turn the light on. I could tell it wasn't mine, but I felt it as though it was. These emotional responses have been consistent and now I think my tulpa has figured out how to emotionally plug in to me. If I'm in a good mood and my tulpa is also in a good mood, then I'm in a good mood twice over. Now that we have this connection it's easy to learn what she likes and what I can do to make her happy.

I just felt compelled to share this; I thought you guys might find it interesting.

Enough that there is never a dull moment. I'm the Alpha Mare of the group, which means I'm the second in command next to my Sweetie Pie. Which means he listens to me and they listen to us, generally speaking. I share him with them because there's enough of his love to go around for everypony, and we end up getting along for the most part. Gets a little crowded sometimes though, which is when I need to get everypony to leave my Sweetie Pie alone and then get him to calm down. He doesn't like being crowded and gets anxious when there's a lot of noise going on. Needless to say that only happens when there's a lot of us in one place. Luckily most of us do our own thing and it's usually me and a couple others at most that are with my Sweetie Pie at any given time, while the others are elsewhere. That's all I can really say right now without divulging too much.

Seems like many of you create tulpas to cope with being lonely, but what about creating one for improving yourself? I see tulpas can help with things like anxiety, and if you create a curious one it can even be your study partner.

One of the big things is learning not to be so harsh on myself and giving myself more room to breathe and grow. Mine are sweet and try to keep me from being so hard about things, but it's a habit tempered by years of practice.

Weight is also a concern, as mine has been yo-yo-ing over the years. There are other things too, but those are more personal and I don't want to air them out any more than I have to.
