Kinda want to elaborate on this from the last thread, mostly to use it to explain the world building for my fics though, and maybe kick off discussion about what other anons think the saurian/human world is like

I sorta see the saurians having a growing sense of patronization towards humans, it's not that they don't care about them though, it's just that things like saurians being quite frankly BETTER at a lot of jobs than humans and humans having a growing (and not undeserved) reputation as unreliable workers both from their tendency to drop out of the workforce to spend more time in their GF's gut and the growing number of humans who just disappear after making the mistake of going through a sauiran crowd by themselves have caused an economic and sociological feedback loop that has led to society massively favoring saurians instead of humanity

It's very much becoming a saurian's world, humans just live in it
Businesses have retooled themselves to assume saurain staff and customers instead of human ones, humans in a position of power are becoming a minority, media and fashion is now mostly aimed at saurians, ect

For example, I like the idea that it's not uncommon for saurians, particularly younger females, to snatch up and internilize a human without even bothering with consent (usually assuming it would be given if asked, and they're not always far off the mark, the biggest complaint is they don't ask), nor is it unheard of for one of them to leave him inside her for week or even months, often even forgetting why they have such a pleasant feeling coming from their gut in the first place (Like in that other anon's unfinished fic), and while it's technically against the law to internilize without consent, most police officers being saurians will just take a view of kids will be kids and not really enforce it unless it happens in front of them, (and even then they're likely to snatch up the human for themselves once he's out)

Speaking of which human/saurian relationships have never been better and on an individual level human/saurian relationships are becoming more common. Sure there's a power imbalance in such arrangements, and the saurian pretty much always leads the relationship but it's almost always a loving one even if it sometimes has shades of "a human should stay in his saurian's belly for his own good". At the absolute worst you have things like that champion greentext where a saurian just sees humans as only good for being toys and food but still feels bad if he's not enjoying being her toy/food

My settings is very much a case of humanity welcoming their new scaly mistresses, they may see humans as little more than lovers, toys, and food, but they are very good at making being loved, played with, and eaten very enjoyable for humans

Saurian clothes tend towards what might be considered on a human skimpy, both to save costs (clothing expensive as you scale up) and because most saurians don't really have any qualms about strutting around half naked around other saurians or humans
Particularly humans
This can be an issue for more modest saurians, it's hard to find certain items if you want to cover yourself up
Underwear is oddly one of them, it's about as impossible to find saurian sized underwear as it is non-edible human clothes nowadays
As are pants, it's pretty much skirts or nothing for saurians these days, and more and more are choosing nothing

Suburban areas probably have a much more relaxed and egalitarian environment. Less members of both species, a less claustrophobic environment, and other factors would mean a more balanced field so to speak.

Yeah, cities are probably the worst, everything's tightly packed yet paradoxically everything seems built for saurians rather than humans
It could make them feel, well not unwanted, plenty of saurians are plenty blatant about WANTING humans, but more out of place in a crowd of saurains, probably not helped by the size difference means that pretty much all they'll see on the street is scaly ass and legs

Though between saurians taking more and more political control and pretty much all police officers being saurians these days, the laws governing it in mine are very much toothless.
A human is actually only likely to see any effort in enforcing it if his saurian GF/"wife" (saurian/human marriages still aren't legalized in my setting) is protesting his internalization, otherwise he'll see a slap on the wrist in response based on how much hell he can raise
Saurians just don't see it as a bad thing and is really only staying on the books cause humanity does (and because this is a fetish setting, humanity doesn't see it as bad as it would realistically)

Going by the thread? The latter, as >>6906442 pointed out, none of the settings/greentext have had the human under any risk of death or physical injury for that matter so in these fetish settings it'd be murder flat out, maybe not first degree though,
But in a realistic setting depending on the law/area it could be valid self defense but I THINK in most cases it would be at most manslaughter, not sure about the laws involving unwanted imprisonment but each time would still likely be a messy court case
