focus and presence aren't neccesarily the fault of the character but the fault of the story she's in

she's still a good character, just as Tuco is a good character, they're both protagonists of their own story that shifts in between on another, of course, we're currently seeing more of Tuco than Eva since Tuco is the one dealing with the conflict, meanwhile Eva just tries to survive it, but it doesn't diminish the character and personality of each other

being MC is not a competition, you don't go "This character is shitty because he stopped appearing as much as before" you go "I want this character to appear more often"
