There's a difference between looking attractive and being a character that solely exists for fanservice. Also notice that characters like Lola, Tawna and Candy are the token female character of their series and tend to be out-of-place with the tone or other character designs (there's a reason why Candy is the only Kong from the first DKC to not show up in Tropical Freeze).
