Call it shipper goggles if you want but I swear, after Nick told Judy about his childhood, she was moving in closer and closer and her voice was becoming more soft and gentle, to the point where it almost seemed like she was going to go for a kiss or at least a really tight embrace. Nick isn't ready for that kind of closeness yet though so he breaks up the moment with a joke.

There hasn't been a public Meet & Greet at Disney World yet, just the Christmas party, which is a separate ticketed event entirely. They got added to a dance parade thing at Magic Kingdom a while back, but never danced and interacted in the crowd like all the other characters.

I think Disneyland has had them for a while.

Just makes sense that they're ramping up to have a public meet & greet with them. If I had to guess, they'd probably go into the Character Spot at Epcot, since it still has Joy & Sadness from Inside Out, of all characters.

I should say they do dance with the crowd now. They didn't a few weeks ago or any time before that.

I think the big issue is that they can't have them during the summertime outdoors like other characters. The last time I saw the parade, the person playing Nick was clearly dying from the humidity that day. Wasn't even hot that day, but super high humidity in a costume made of fur (literally, the shirt he has on is an actual shirt. there's fur under it) is a bad mix.

I want to go back to Disney World so bad. I haven't been there since I was a kid. Amusement parks and fairs are more fun when you're an adult because you can go wherever you want, buy whatever you want, eat whatever you want, and drink whatever you want as long as you have the money.

Disney World finally has beer too although last I heard it was limited to only one in-park restaurant. At Bush Gardens I would see adults walking around with big plastic cups of beer everywhere, and last two times I went to the state fair I got to have beer.

I'm from New England and I like the weather here. The summers can really suck when it gets humid, but all around we have probably the most balanced seasons in the country.

Florida is like the worst of summer all year except in winter, from what I understand. Last time I was in Florida I think it was during the fall / winter if (can't remember which exactly) and it was a very nice break from winter, although I haven't had to go down there during summer.

There's a really weird memory I have about Florida, though, and it was kind of like 9/11 where I'll never forget it. We went to Houston and took the NASA tour, and we got to see the Shuttle launch site. W got to see the space shuttle Columbia was on the launch pad, and they were preparing it for the last flight it would ever take. I will never forget because on its return flight it burned up and everyone died, and it was all over the news for weeks.

Yeah, the summers here never get too hot or humid, and the winters never really get too cold. Pretty nice.

I can confirm that Florida's weather is really nice in the winter. Two of those Disney visits were in January, and during the day it would get up to around 60 degrees. At night it got pretty chilly and you'd need to wear a sweater, but during the day, it was really comfy shorts/T-shirt weather.

In the summer however, it's just dreadful. 100 degrees and 100% humidity every single day. Just...oppressive heat that would have you sweating within 30 seconds of being outside. That and, a really weird weather pattern of sunny in the morning, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon, then clear again at night. It does this literally every day.
