I've been restoring for ~5 months now, only started getting rollover in the past couple weeks. My ultimate goal is ci9, but that's a long way off from now.

Some users on r/foreskin restoration (yes there's actually a subreddit for this) came up with this method that revolves around manual methods that works really well in my experience. Basically you do manual method 3 all around the circumference of your shaft. You grab your scar line and stretch it forward, then rotate around your shaft, spending only a couple seconds in the same spot. You pull with both hands, and you'll know you're getting a good stretch because you feel a kind of burning/tingling sensation (not painful though, you don't want that). You do this for 2-5 minutes, every hour. In between tugging sessions I wear o-rings. I also don't wear any retainer or anything at night, I wanna give the skin a chance to rest. I don't have a tugger, I don't think I need one and it's not like I have the money for one anyway.

One user claims to have made crazy progress using that method, he says he went from ci3 to ci8 in a year, which is insane. I haven't progressed as quickly as that, but I also haven't been able to tug as often as I would like (classes and all that). And also my dick's bigger than his lel.

I did method 3 like you mentioned for a while, but have recently started using method 2 to target the "inner" skin.

Also I've had to force myself to set aside an hour every couple days to stretch, and I don't do it on days I have to work, either. I get a lot of random coverage and it's annoying how close I am...
I'm probably gonna go back to method 3 and just focus on the top side for a while. That has worked for me and I could feel the difference every other week.

One time I got some mint conditioner on the tip of my dick and came hands free after a couple minutes. That's how insane it's gotten. But also the gliding sensation feels amazing now that I can move it up and down fully at any given time with no discomfort.

It took me a while to get used to the difference, which is kind of glad why I used t-taping. It was slow, but it helped me get accustomed to the changes, I guess.

Yeah, it's consistently worked for me. As for inner skin, my scar was like halfway down my shaft when I started so it's not my focus, but I found that if you sort of push the head down with your finger, then pull the skin up around your finger and hold it there it targets the inner skin pretty well. Sort of like you're replicating what a tugger would do with your hands. If you gently squeeze that also puts more tension on it.

And that's funny you mention just focusing on the top side, my top side's been lagging behind as well. Probably gonna have to work on catching that up once the other sides are sufficiently long enough.
