Technically yes. If I remember correctly the authors explained this saying that Zootopia had its own evolution, so there is a presence of some animals that are domesticated here. They expressively forbidden cats and dogs, since they are much more closely related to humans then others (there are wild species of horses and sheeps, and boars and pigs are very closely related).

It is bi-weekly: the first week we decide a theme, the second we create content related to Zootopia AND the theme, that is submitted on Thursday (late entries always accepted). It is a nice event that helps many anons in beginning the CC path and in general have fun.

I've not been drawfagging for very long so I'm not well versed in experience, but you can smudge the graphite with your finger to improve the shading somewhat.

Also, from personal experience it's better to draw the eyes first and then shade around them.

First, the shape. the shape of the head is good enough, not too rotund with the top of the head flat.
You didn't do the square wolf muzzle, and this is good. But it is not thin enough in the first part, look at pic related. Remember that Nick's neck is quite tick too. The inferior lips are a little behind, it is not a straight line.
The ears in the first one image are better than the second one, they should be a rounded triangle. However remember the piece of skin around, otherwise it seems going in the other direction.
