Alright.
There's two ways to do air inflation.
The first is to swallow air, which works, I guess, but it's really slow and kinda hard to do effectively.
It's also a yoga technique, so you can find a how-to by searching "pranayama".
The second method is to put a few inches of aquarium tubing up your butt and use a fishtank air pump.
This works fairly well, and you can deflate relativly quickly afterwards.
I prefer to lay on my back and relax while doing this.
If you place a hand on your belly you can feel your intestines inflate.
I also recommend rolling around onto your sides some to help the air distribute.
Some people also substitute a can of whipped cream for the air pump, but I haven't tried that.


All that said, Water is my medium of choice for inflation.
The easiest way to do a water inflation is to just drink.
Also, to avoid water toxicity, drink a gatoraid for every 2 liters of water.
With practice, you can get great results like this, but it has the drawback that theres no way to deflate afterwards(so don't do it if you have anywhere to go), and you gotta piss it all out.
Like I mentiond, earlier, I recommend swallowing some air too so you can feel all the water slosh around.

If you do a high volume enema, I would warn you that it hurts like a bitch on the way out, and will keep you tied to a toilet for an hour.

Yeah, I feel like what it needs to be cleaned up (besides doing something with the pipes) is better shading and a nicer stroke for the outline.
