Lemme share something really cool with you, I think this is super interesting, tell me if you do too:
There's this cool thing about humans where we love to learn new stuff. Its hardwired into our brains to get pleasure from learning. The only thing we love more than learning is implementing knowledge to get towards a goal! You combine those two things, and you have a really fun time.
That's basically a video game, right? You learn the controls, you learn 'right' moves you right, and that's towards the end of the level! You reach a wall, and you learn 'A' makes you jump, so you jump over the wall! You come across a gap, and you figure out you push 'right' and 'A' and you jump across the gap and the level spits out really nice noise effects and you get a score and you win! Its really fun, because you learned stuff and you did stuff and you got a sense of progress for doing so.
Life, sadly, is not designed like a video game: things take a lot longer to learn than experimenting with buttons on a controller, problems require way more complex solutions and are probably not designed around being solved in the first place even, and progress is probably not be as quick or apparent as 'forest/jungle/desert/snowy/space/hell/YOU WIN!'.
Depression is a lot like that. People don't know what to do, how to progress, or how to get to the end. Its frustrating, both for people going through it and the people who want to help. Sometimes it feels like there's no progress, and heck, sometimes it feels like its getting worse.
It takes a long, long time, thousands of nights of people a good person to help someone out of that funk. Every little bit counts. Just cause its hard and there's very little sense of progress and there's no clear ending doesn't mean you're not helping.

As someone who frequently battles with depression (from both having it and having to support people with it), this anon speaks the truth. I think this is a pretty good analogy.
All you can do is try. Everyone has their limits on both end. You can feel like you're doing nothing to help, but I can assure you you actually are. Sometimes people with depression just need to hear these things. When they get out of their funk they may even take your advice to heart.
It's just a really, REALLY hard thing to escape. Outsiders can't magically cure it, but talking about it and being supportive absolutely helps, and is appreciated.
Dunno how useful my input is, but I can say anon's not wrong.

The problem with TIWTLLL is that the characters are ridiculously out of character. For some reason the self-proclaimed "shipper" of an artist made Judy a cunt who seemed like she only wanted Nick for his help instead of valuing him as a lover.
Nobody would have a problem with this type of story where Nick becomes the father of some random rabbit's kids as long as he and Judy have a loving relationship behind it all.

Most of the hate is mostly due to how the story is handled. People thought the Nick cucks Judy with Skye comic was pretty cute until autism marriage.
The problem is the delivery. In the cuck comic, Nick is always a sad fuck yearning for Judy attention while she mistreats him and blackmails him emotionally, Judy is a complete asshole and Nick is nothing like movie Nick. Even worse, the title implies true love, when in truth it's mostly Nick being fanatical for Judy and Judy seeing a way to get some help to raise her kids pulling her partner strings. It's a trainwreck.
If you can build up Judy getting pregnant with someone else and Nick helping, without trying "oh my god if i raise her kids maybe ill finally get bunnicunni, oh god i have literally nothing but this judy is my savior", it will definitely get better feedback than just cuck or hate.
I mean look at Isabelle, if she was fruit of a fic where Judy loves Nick but Nick treats her like shit despite knowing her feelings, and where Judy desperately try to get some attention through raising his kid, I bet my ass that people wouldn't like her at all and keep posting KEK JUDY.

Honestly it isn't that bad of a story idea (well, except for the Jack Savage part. Just replace him with any OC bunny really so we don't have the headache of Jack SuperSpy Savage in a universe where "WTF bunnies can't be cops!")
The main issue is how everyone handles the beginning; with "True Love" it left a bad taste in my mouth the moment Judy hit Nick when he was trying (and failing) to lift the heavy mood. Then the yelling, the undercurrent of Judy knowing Nick liked her but still went with Jack (in which this is fine, you don't have to return someone's love if you don't feel the same).

I actually looked for that specific story just now, Judy's boyfriend leaves town and Nick comes in as the best friend to help her. In his own words, "If you're pregnant, I'm pregnant." He falls in love with her later, but Judy is still traumatized by her boyfriend leaving her (when she loved him) to give Nick a chance. Really the only bad taste the fic leaves is that apparently during the time Judy was dating she only talked to Nick personally at work, and you could push that aside with the excuse that she was in that honeymoon/beginning love phase. She still cared about Nick though, resisting his offer to help because "he wouldn't want to be around a bunny during pregnancy" but Nick wouldn't take no for an answer.
Sadly all that is what I remember, because that fic has been deleted.

Yeah he really did a great job with them, and he did indeed try to give each character a unique voice; as far as funny voices go, the closest I'd say that matches that description are the voices he ended up using for the hyena sisters in the last chapter.

Well after a bit of cycling through some of the different cabinets, they do have subtly different tones and distortion sounds. I can see how the different effects could be perceived as doing the same thing with a different name though, such as delay and echo and stuff like that. It'll be nice to have a proper wah effect though.
Either way I still have way more options for DI guitar sounds and effects than I had access to before.
