I actually do have a somewhat plan for the next few chapters in my head, or at least the next one, but it might be a while due to a few things... I'm super close to finishing my nanowrimo book, and when I finish I'm basically gonna go straight into the second draft of my actual book. I'll try to get a new chapter out of Thunderous between then and there but depending on how lazy I am with my nanowrimo it could be after November ends.

Lately I've just been wanting to work on my book but it's hard to bring myself to do it. I feel like people are gonna forget about me the longer it takes to release stuff and that scares me a lot. I don't even think I have a solid reason why I feel like this other than I feel like I slipped and hit rock bottom out of nowhere mentally and I'm still recovering from it. I feel envious of artists for whatever reason who seem to usually vent their feelings into drawings while I don't think I can do the same into writing. The best I have is this idea with an OC of mine but it doesn't really fit or connect into anything.

I mean, if it takes a long time yeah.
That will happen.
But only in the sense that they can't think about you constantly.
Once you do reemerge all that love comes flooding back.
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder" or whatever the saying was.

Don't be afraid of the ebbs and flows, only worry about receding completely.


And yeah, it's harder to put your feelings into your writing.
You can do short writing prompts to be more free, but if you're involved with a large plot you can't just insert your feelings into that rigid structure.

I really really hate venting here of all places because I know it's just a public fourm and there's about a few dozen people who don't know or really care about it, but it really is one of those places I feel safe opening up when my friends aren't available.
