Let's start from the shape of the face: Judy's face is not exactly a circle, it is more a 'gumdrop'. Please refer to pic related: as you can see she has prominent cheeks; in your drawing they will be present on the right of it: the left cheeks should be visible near the left paw.
Talking about paws: if you refer to the usual turbovirgin pic (the one with Nick and Judy at the entrance of the Mystic Springs Oasis) you can see that Judy's paws are a little smaller than the one you pictured. You have done good in remembering that zootopians have only four fingers and two phalanges for each finger, however Judy's paws have a little shorter fingers and there is a passage from brown to white fur along the edges (no problem for that, no one remembers to draw that).
Differently from Nick, Judy has a petite neck; maybe make it a little thinner.
Her left arm has the wrong orientation: they need to move from the shoulders to the centre, so it should be moving from your right to your left, not viceversa.
The shoulders and the ears are done well, you remembered that they begin on the back of the head and not the top. Also the mouth, you remembered that it is cat like but without the split lips, good work.
The nose require some work: you should make the arch above a little closer, otherwise it seems too much slanted. Also the whole nose should be a little bit higher, more central in the face.
On the eyes I can not say much, first because they're almost covered, second because the way of doing eyes is different from artist to artist, it is almost a trademark. Just be careful to make the pupils and irises the same size (unless you are going for a comedic effect).
I think I say everything I needed to, sorry if it seemed too harsh.
