I mean, you don't have to watch many movies to see it. Go watch any big title movies, and the main characters are generally one dimensional, somewhat bland (which sometimes isn't helped by a lot of big title movies constantly switching between groups of characters).
With Zootopia, because the focus is mainly on Judy, and by extension Nick, their characters are fleshed out more. We see multiple sides to them and how their relationship changes them and makes them look at themselves.

Want a bit of a critique?
I'd try some varying head shapes, really get some more stretch and mold of the head to match the expressions. Not hatin' but a few of your heads, at least to me, sort of have the same shape with different expressions on each. For example I think Happy and Angry could be interchangeable.

Well, Avo at least showed some other emotions than her sarcasm. She was angry, friendly, she made fun of him or helped him...
We saw her in many lights but that cant be said about Charlie.
I know that is what her character is based on but all we saw of her was her doing business, talking like Hal 9000 or doing wierd things. Eiter out of lack of knowladge or on purpose. And all the clues on what goes in her head are what can Remmy make out of twitches on her poker face.

For myself, I feel that this fetish stems from my own sense of self devaluation and loathing.
