Atleast he gave you a refund. From experience, I can tell you that some ideas and OCs are really badly thought out and drawing them will make you despise it and the commissioner. Also, most artists think they could take on the commissions because they see how much the furfags are willing to shell out, only realize that it's not worth the money afterwards.
