Speaking as a thread OC, I feel the same way, so I often don't talk about my OC unless someone brings it up. As with you, the threads have been very helpful creatively.

I don't think you should worry about over saturating, though. You have a broad cast.

Wanted to give a stab at characterizing Jill as someone who thought it'd be a great career move to pretend to be a guy when it turns out it was completely unnecessary.

That's a kind sentiment. I do try to vary and add variety. I know I stick to the main trio a lot, but I try to focus on other characters too to help develop them.

I do like seeing other people's OCs as well, especially if it adds more lore to the Zootopian world via history, or societal diversity/interpretation.

I should also add I WILL (obviously) draw canon characters on request. I know it makes people happy, and that's what I'm about. I'll especially do it if the idea is fun.

It's why I drew so many 'Judy with her pet Nicks' doodles.

Thanks anon, I appreciate the feedback! I wanted to see if I could use the Lovecraft elements a bit with more of a classic weird Halloween story, plus the original premise (Bogo going to Clawhauser's for movie night) was requested by an anon a few days ago, so I decided to try it while doing my own thing with it. In terms of the modern appliances and objects that just depends on the setting. Since the stories take place in modern day Zootopia those kind of things just fit with the setting. Also sorry if I'm rambling a bit or not making sense, I just woke up.

This so much. Honestly when Jack isn't used as a plot device/Gary sue people can make him into an enjoyable character (considering he is basically an OC with a fixed physical design...). The issue is few want to make him into an actual character and just use the idea of him for WildeHopps in some way. The fewer times Jack is a main character in a story people are turned off by his very existence.

There is something to be said when the Jill AU is some of the most character development Jack has gotten.

Scoutmaster Nick is in the same situation, in which no one wants to make anything of it.
