Mmm...personally I'm gonna say Simmer, but only because it depends on some factors and all around preference. To save you the time, here's my TL;DR on the matter: Snapshot has the softest, Simmer has the biggest, Gargle is up in the air as a trap, but would be considered the smallest. Please excuse my autism.

When you say 'best' do you mean biggest in size, or just sole quality. It's possible Snapshot might have slimmer hips and a smaller butt, however the soft, silky-smoothness of his coat might make up for it. And it depends on how pliable Simmer and Gargle's butts are, considering their dragon scales. Are their buns still firm with some give to it, or hard and dry from the scales? Judging by my standards, I'd say they'd be firmer and more dry than a regular satyr's rear, though oil helps to soften up the outside.

Not to mention the ages of the three, I prefer Snapshot as the oldest of the traps, with Simmer being second, and Gargle being last. Not a lot is written about him other than that one smut green where he's aged up. Plus he's significantly younger than either of them in some of his drawings, and the fact that some people don't even consider him a trap at all. A better candidate would've been Sunshine Blossom. Either way, I'd say he'd be the smaller of the two, even with the drakes' trait of wide hips.
