Have you never been to TFgamessite? Well, you have to sort through a lot of trash to find anything decent but they improved the searching at some point so now you can look at last updated and ratings while you are looking in a TF category. They also tell you what engine the thing is using so if you don't want to download anything you could just look for HTML games. Don't expect things on the same level as CoC/TiTS though.

Non-specific to TFgamessite I'd recommend Hillhouse (Dead after author posted a silly rant, has a pay wall but it's barely anything past it), Nimin (Dead), The Underworld Skycorp (Paywall, but has more things past it compared to hillhouse; Updates as slow as molasses), Flexible Survival (Updates have slowed down a lot).

It was at first, and they dropped the donor wall too because they were getting so much from Patreon, but supposedly then when they hit the wall in how much they could put into Inform at the time they spent a long time time trying to port everything to a new engine, then dropped that when Inform got updated and their update speed never went back up to stuff. TF as a concept just fascinates me and the fact that people make smut based around it is just icing on the cake. One of the better TF games I played, mostly since some of those TFs had a noticeable effect on the gameplay, like the cursed boots making you a centaur and then you couldn't equip anything in the leg slot.

Being a TF artist, the ultimate transformation would be a sequence that takes place over several weeks if not months, where the victim recognizes he is changes and must not only re-adapt to his new life but also struggle with his new animal-like urges. The end result doesn't really matter so long as they kept at least a little portion of themselves as a momento of what they once were.

I don't do a lot of feral stuff b/c I'm not super into feral / much prefer anthro. Long stuff takes a real enthusiasm for the subject matter so it's much harder to do a long form thing when you don't dig the outcome as much. Hopefully the rest of it still works for you at least a little.

This is actually one of the reasons I like doing mid TF singles - so people can imagine that it turns out however they want. I find a lot of the time that people in the community want everything spelled out for them (story wise) but considering we usually want different things for the outcome, it makes more sense to me to leave it ambiguous so I can to prevent "ruining" it for people.
