None of them are, unfortunately, but these two used to be. Both are ww2 naval lights. The red lantern was made by delta around 1940, uses 2 1.5 volt #6 cells and a bayonet base bulb, and was originally painted gray. It had a water resistant cork lining on the inside of the lid, which has mostly rotted away. The gray one is a 2D cell flashlight, with a e10 screw base bulb, also made by delta near the end of the war. It has a rubber lining on the tailcap, and on the bottom of the reflector. It might still be waterproof, but I am rather averse to testing it.

The two flashlights at left are some of the oldest I currently have. The one in the foreground is a 1920 Eveready "Daylo", while the one in the back is a 1916 French Flasher, made by French battery and carbon company, which was located in Madison, Winconsin. F.B.A.C.C. would later change it's name to Rayovac around the 1930's.
