Yeah, sometimes putting too much thought into something is dangerous.
I found that the best process (at least for me) to write is the following:
First a rough draft, most important scenes, write like a stream, without thinking too much.
Then you connect all together, but still to give it a minimum of flow, not too much thinking.
Then you correct all grammatical errors.
Then you read it.
Then you read it again.
Then, and only then, you can give the final polish.

It's like faceting a diamond: first the big details, then everything else. You will find that most of the time what you wrote in the first place was good enough and doesn't need further polish.

Rock’s real name is Rocco: his nickname came from playing guitar in high school. Funny side story: AESTHETICanon also got his musical start in high school, except he was just trying to connect to the internet when the floppy drive failed.

When not teaching mammals how to fly, Rock likes to play gigs around Zootopia, which is a rough job: the pay isn’t great, the customers barely pay attention, and you keep getting shouted the same requests over and over!
