I never said that? I was just talking about one element of Rubys volume 4 design, and the logical sense that she fights by swinging a large scythe around quite often, and that putting belts around your upper arms and having those belts connect to your top is just an odd choice for someone who fights like that.

For all the talk of Jaune not deserving Pyrrha really it was Pyrrha that didn't deserve Jaune. She never spoke up, she never overtly pursued him and she let him bull headily pursue a girl that kept rejecting him.

Her final moments were the most selfish thing imaginable.

In reality she had every reason to go after Jaune, there is so little sense as to why she never reveals her affections earlier, except to make way for that final parting between Jaune and Pyrrha in V3.

She lets Jaune go because he still liked Weiss, even though she clearly sees that Weiss denies his feelings EVERY SINGLE TIME. His little ramble on why he liked her wouldnt of worked because he sunk his chances after what had to have been the 10th time asking Weiss to either go to the prom or go on a date. It's stupid to think Pyrrha would be so blind and put off by his affections for Weiss that would so obviously never be returned.

Jaune clearly finds Pyrrha amazing, but doesnt even try to go after her because he thinks he isnt good enough, even though we clearly see that Pyrrha is head over heels for him, so we as the viewer know that he is wrong, but no we still have to see Pyrrha be sad and Jaune make a dumbass of himself.

But they couldnt be together, because they had to have that final embrace, that exclamation of love in a dramatic kiss before sending Pyrrha off to die, and bring forth the Jaune Angst and character building.

I don't see how. A real maiden was taken down by a teenage assassin, street urchin, and Cinder. Maidens are more powerful than than regular hunters but they are far from unbeatable. It would not take much to take down Cinder while she was only half a maiden.
