I did not mind this episode. People made it out to be worse than it is. And this is coming from someone who does not like Luan that much

This is one of my main gripes with the show. Cartoons about a boy going to school with his friend and a love interest are a dime-a-dozen, but Loud House has such a unique premise to create interesting episodes like A Tattler's Tale and Undie Pressure. It chooses to squander its potential on plots that could be found in any other cartoon

I think there are some legal issues with that. I've heard that the writers on FiM aren't allowed to read fanfiction because if it influences their content and a story ends up too similar to a fanfiction that can have ramifications later.
