Used to write shitty science fiction. Quit a few years ago, and have a story bouncing around in my head again. So I suppose I will write more shitty science fiction.

It's a weird thing. I get negative motivation. I read stuff from the greats, and think "I can never rival that", but then I chance on some shitty book -or something *I* think is shitty, I suppose- and it was published. Sometimes even popular. And I think "I can rival that" and I want to write again. Especially now we're seeing a lot of authors who just become popular out of nowhere. I'm still stuck in that mindset where you need to write quality short fiction for 20 years before you ever get noticed.

My experience with meds was weird but kinda good. I was feeling like shit and so my doctor wanted me to try them but after I took them it kept getting worse.
