Said last thread that i would show what kind of pacifier i had prescribed for my teeth grinding. This is a NUK 5 made by a german company, as far as i know this is the only medical/orthopedic one being used here in Europe for a multitude of purposes. I can guarantee you'll find these in any ABDL online stores. It's not my thing and i was very skeptical towards this at first but now i'd go so far as to actually recommend this to people with sleep problems.
A warning though, i don't plan on using this forever and neither should you. It can damage them in the long run and if your teeth feel sore after using this then the size is either wrong or you shouldn't use one at all.
I do plan on getting a softer one from latex but i'll have to get that through ABDL stores if my sleep problems persists.

It's a new treatment since 2011 i've heard. I could likely have gotten the model you showed if i was living somewhere else. Do they use those in USA?
But yeah, the one i have is used for teeth grinding, snoring, sleep talking and general stress reliever. I actually suffer from all of these but mainly the grinding and stress. It has helped me with all that. Not sure if would recommend it as treatment for anything like that without asking a doctor first but i would totally recommend it for relieving stress.

I'd go with both. Littlepawz are all around good for all purposes. Comfy if you like that, can hold ridiculous amounts if you are into that and overall neat design. ABU is my favorite brand so i'd say buy both for the sake of variety.
If you can afford a onesie then sure go for it. I have high metabolism and overheat quite easy so i don't wear them unless it is already cold inside.

Cushies are my personal fave but again, i am not the right person to ask.
