I kind of looked into this for writing reasons. And by "looked into" I really just mean "Googled".

Lizards shed their skins about every 4-6 week. But it can be more frequent if they're younger, and usually gets less frequent as they get older or of they're not well. During winter / cold season shedding tends to slow down, as lizards are generally less active (including eating less and slowed down growth). While snakes shed the entire skin in one go, lizards shed in patches over 1-2 weeks (takes longer if they're stressed or, again, not well). Apparently lizards tend to rub themselves against rocks and whatever to help them loose the molted skin, though I'd assume humanoid lizards would be able to pick it off manually (or ask their partner for help).

As for eggs, snakes don't seem to lay unfertilized eggs (or, at least, it's very, very rare). Lizards seem more likely to do it, though they'll never do it as frequently as chickens. If they're not sexually active, they can lay a clutch of infertile eggs anything from once to five times a year. Apparently it happens a lot less often in the wild, though. Infertile eggs are often yellow-ish in color and dented. This, however, assumes smaller lizards; komodo dragons lay once a year, and the eggs incubate for 8-9 months. The gestation periods for most reptiles seem to be around 3-6 weeks. So for humanoid lizards, assuming infertile eggs, anything from 1-4 times a year. Fertile eggs, once a year.
