Not him but they're absolutely not the cheapest on the market. BD's penetrable cost somewhere around 110-150€. Even official Fleshlight ones only cost about 40-70€ (I think, haven't checked in years) and they tend to be of good quality. There are also plenty of cheaper brands (of wildly varying quality) in the 10-40€ class. But do make sure you check the dimensions, since the cheaper ones tend to be made for the Asian average. Seems BD are better when it comes to bigger toys (if for no other reason than that they actually make bigger toys), but if you're of average size you should be fine with most Fleshlight models.
