The biggest problem that the alpha-beta distinction was based on faulty research data which was pulled by he author. We use it informally.

Alpha denotes in-character with evolutionary obligations, Beta denotes out-of-character. I.e., a beta woman is a strong independent woman who needs no man and the alpha woman is a stay-at-home mom with lots of kids who married the guy who deflowered her; It's the opposite for men.

There's also a positive-negative divide.

Alpha and beta are primarily related to males, I think you are on the right track with your descriptions for the female, but you'd have to switch them around.

For the sake of the meme, a beta female would be quite comparable to the male, possibly a virgin, stay at home, unemployed, lacking charisma, etc.
