Alright, /trash/ fat fans, no holding back. It might be more half fur than fur fur, but what do you think I should do with this? I've been told that my lines are choppy and my shading is dull, but I like to hear from multiple people. Any tips for a hyper wide, hyper tall, hyper femboy character like this?

I think the forms are okay, but the gradient shading lacks any definition and looks amateurish, plus it clashes hard with the total lack of shading anywhere on the torso. You'd actually be better removing all shading IMO, than keeping this half-done version. The head is kind of smashed in a direction, like the lower jaw sticks out much too far. It looks like an overly stylized representation, almost Picasso (though that's a bit ruder than the quality deserves).

Try for some harder shading and pick an actual light source. Think about the where the shadows would go based on that. I don't think your line thickness is really a problem, necessarily (I quite like the effect on the hair) but in some places it's very out of sync, such as the creases near the moobs, where it gets biger than smaller for no clear reason. To me, your biggest issue is a lack of depth, and some more careful shading and more line-width control will help.
