I see...
You say you fail at anatomy, but I think the problem is another matter.
You tend to focus on what is in the front. You don't like partially hidden parts/parts in the background and you tend to delete them. Also you like to make things facing forward. This results in a much more flattened drawing.
For example, her face is much more "flat" in the final drawing than the sketch. There would be a better sense of depth if you drew the lower part of the legs and the elbows poking out. Also if some line were intersecting, like for the thighs/body, you could also give a better sense of depth.
Connected to the main problem is, as I see, that you clean too much the sketch layer. Leave it a little messy, with lines like the vertical one in the face that help you give the right orientation and position of the body. Also draw every single element of the body, even the ones that should be "hidden". I think this should help.

It seems simple, but it is not.
You need to make it an habit.
So what I suggest is doing some studies. Don't focus on everything, but only a single aspect. It might be a pose, an anatomical part or whatever. Leave it messy, no one else is going to see it. Look at drawings from others and copy them. You need to engrave the idea in your head first, then you can add your own part. Study them, learn from them.
For example, look at Kam's OP pic. Learn how h made use of curved and intersecting lines to give a sense of depth and orientation in the belly, the arms and the clothes. Look at how different the two feet are. Visualize the underlying simple shapes and copy them. Not the whole, only parts.
You can look further away standing on the shoulders of giants.

Necks of some animals are REALLY thick, basically the same of the head, like otters. But in the movie the head is closer to a cartoon anatomy. Same about some minor feature like eye placement for some prey. I guess you have some freedom since Dawn eyes / Judy head shape, but still feels kinda worrying.

Every zoots eyes are pretty much forward facing but the neck-to-head ratio seems to vary.
Sloths, rhinos, Cheif Bogo, bears, etc. all have thick necks like their feral counterparts while those you mentioned are "big-headed"

Looking at those examples, it seems that larger mammals have necks closer to real-life animals while smaller ones adopt a more cartoony design.
