I'm the same way. It's because drunk sleep isn't very deep, and sobering up heightens brain function, so it pushes your alertness even higher. I just figure the alternative is even later sleep, so at least you'll get some and maybe get a head start on sleeping earlier the next night (if that's what you want).

Also, yeah, the vomiting danger depends on how drunk you are at present. If we're talking super plastered, it's probably better just to sober up and wait.

Ive had this happen to me like 50 times in a row one night. I'd wake up with this surge of relief that I was finally really awake, then I'd go about my day in a really mundane way, but encounter something slightly off that would make me realize I was still dreaming. Rinse and repeat, like literally 50 times. Shits fucking horrifying. Its still a motif I carry in my dreams, that I absolutely know that this time I'm really awake, but it ends up not being important and I remember it after I actually wake up. But I guess theres never way of truly knowing if youre sleeping or not.

Happened to my cousin too. He said he got so desperate in his dream that he punched the girl that was sleeping next to him to try to validate reality somehow, I forget how he rationalized it. Luckily he did it in his dream and not real life

I'm a burger, you could wear literally whatever provided there wasn't literally images of drugs and alcohol on your clothing but even then people had plenty of barely subtle pot leaf branded accessories. You could have dressed like pic related and they wouldn't bat an eye, but it would paint a huge target on yourself to be scrutinized and having your shit searched for drugs.

I personally wore a tie-dye hoodie or ratty long coats and jackets, black jeans, converse all stars or assorted black boots, band shirts, and cool shades. Had my nails painted black for a bit even. I was basically some punk trash hippie for the two years of highschool I had before dropping out.

Nah, not quite that much, and not in the morning, but usually every day. Not like black out, but enough to catch a buzz. Apparently the units are pretty small, like you arent supposed to exceed one to two 12 oz 4% beers daily, as an example. Well, to be honest that was my experience. I got in a band just because I just happened to have a bass and because I was the worst guitarist of the 3 of us. At first I was frustrated but then I got the hang of it and began appreciating the instrument more and more. A lot of people are looking for bass players and drummers because everybody has a guitar and/or wants to play lead guitar.
