I hope this got your attention. I'm going to /try/ to start working on chickenman a bit quicker after Monday rolls around, so I have a set goal of properly finishing it all up by the end of the month.

The main problem I'm having is getting from the already written ending and extra two "new" ending chapters to the earlier stuff. I am very much open to ideas, and if anyone wants me to try and write something out in chickenman at the absolute least I will hear out your idea.

For the few people that mentioned Cass isn't much in the story after the beginning, remember only two days have passed in the story (if you disregard the beginning time-skips). And I kinda rewrote the story progression plans 7 times. So she's gonna have an awkward role to fill I'm still trying to pan out.

Eh, I wouldn't go that far. These threads as is tend to have a decent enough shelf life, and there's probably going to be a slight drop off in activity when school/college starts back up for some anons. Plus, we've been pretty diligent at getting new threads going when the old one hits bump limit, and there's always the archives to browse.

I wouldn't worry about it unless we start getting a bunch of 10+ consecutive-post greens going, and even then I don't see it as an issue if they're posting pics to go along with the dumps. There's only so much discussion we can have about human/anthro pairings, so greens are a good source of content.

I like to post chickenman inside of a pastebin rather than post by post so it's a solid update. It also doesn't make me feel "forced" to finish a chapter post by post after I first make the beginning post. It also allows me to make changes as I see fit while writing, so I don't write something I'd rather not have happen later and be unable to change it.

Also I'm lazy. I'm just gonna be real and put that out there. It's not like I don't want to roll out updates like a machine gun, but I sometimes just get a burst of ideas, and then after that's done with I hit a wall. It really takes a bit of stress of my shoulders to just post it all at once, but I can also respect people like strong and Fritewag who knock out updates post after post.

I could be wrong, but to my knowledge based on size that shewolf may just have a regular sized love hole, proportional to species. Even if he's tall, humans have unusually large dong to body size ratios. So it sorta makes sense that a big ol she wolf with a large dense muscular body might be pretty damn pleased by a larger human male. I like a good compromise. Completely smooth fur is a little cheap, but I'd still prefer it over the ultra-detailed stuff that looks like spikes or a shag carpet stapled on. I can appreciate the amount of time those artists probably put into their design, but it's just too overdone and uncanny.

Something like pic related is my sweetspot. The fur is accented on the limbs and joins without being too busy.

I'm always fine with it until I start to think about it. I can be happy with a very smooth skin pic until the stray thought "that doesn't look like fur" pops in my head and ruins it. Then there are pics like >>11377713 that I can never enjoy because they instantly make me think like that because of how little that looks like fur. But there are pics that go the opposite extreme and make them look all hairy and gross, which I think is a bit of a turnoff.

I've mentioned before that my refs aren't super canon to other people's work, most notably Clara and strong since they're part of a different universe. I'd argue that, at least from what I've seen, our universes are close enough together to have some bleed. It's really up to the other author to decide if they are the same or not, though I'd be honored if they were.

I was walking a trail I really like to walk closer to the fall, and was out alone. I've only ever seen a mountain lion on the trail, and so I don't carry much more than a small thing of mace. I stopped to take a break and drink water ahen I noticed it behind me on the trail. It just looked at me for a while, and so I got up and slowly started to walk away. I figured it gave up and wemt away, but maybe 15 minutes later it appeared again, marching a zteady faster pace towards me. I think I got it in the eyes, and ran the trail for a long time to hopefully lose it. It maaay have just been curious, but it was approaching way too quickly for me to be confident with my safety. I've walked the trail a few times since then with no sightings of anything except for foxes.

Though I'm going to start carrying a proper can of mace when I hike soon, I'm not terrified I may see one again. Amd I blame these threads for that.

They have a few recorded incidents of being man eaters. Their habitat is also being encroached by human cities, but since they're predators they just stick around and eventually acclimate instead of heading to safer territory.
What that leads to is one of North America's largest apex predators becoming comfortable around humans. There are several cases of a cougar casually prowling in the backyards of homes and eating pets, but it's usually out of desperation. Still, cougars are not to be fucked with even if they aren't sick/starving/lost, and that only is involving ones that make their way into civilization.

Sometimes a rogue cougar can shut down hiking trails for most of a year until it fucks off to a different area, because they could be the calmer sort and settle on people watching from a distance. But they could be aggressive and an apex predator in their own domain is not something you can predict and fight off unless you're hiking in a bear proof suit for some reason. Imagine all the reasons that a house cat might swipe at a person, from playful to serious, and then add several hundred pounds behind that swipe.

Also what >>11388119 says. I think there are a couple videos of cougars sneaking up on camera crews and no one noticing the cat was there until it was like five feet away. All ambush big cats are real dangers out in the wild, and it's mostly because they're some of nature's best assassins. No hunting rifle or bear spray can protect you from something you don't know is there until it's on you.

Any browser plug-in for managing downloads must have an option to right-click and download all pics in a page or somesuch. Some of them might accept a TXT list of files to download, which you could get by playing with the pages' HTML code in a regex-enabled text editor, which is admittedly a chore. But the best bet in this case is probably to use a crawler/spider add-on, it's basically like a smart download manager that searches given pages (and hopefully downloads all files you want) based on parametes you set.
