But that's not as coool...there's just gotta be something more to it!

Hmmm...what I waant...is a nice, biiig meal after a good fight. And of course I am, you silly, I'm a vampire!

Gimme some more and I might even make it a 36, if I'm feelin' real generous.
>>11301289
A vampire! I get it now, the wings, the teeth, I should've put the pieces together sooner! I've only heard of one or two of them, are you in the Monster Guidebook? No, there's no way you can be, I would have remembered you. You're still trying to get in too, huh? You must be a dragon level threat, at least.. Insane! We've got to fight to the death sometime, you and I.

What does it take to be a good prime time host? I can host 24 and 36 pretty comfortably and hell I got no problem taking 48. I just run out of shit to say in my commentary and I don't wanna crash like that.

(As I've said before, good commentary can't be learned or even copied overnight. You gotta work at it. First, you wanna learn how to properly react to what's going on in the slides and put that into words that people like. And don't worry if the reception to your commentary isn't what you wanna see, I call that motivation to try harder.)
>>11301289

>>11301443

>>11301313
Location...?
>how couldn't they think about that earlier, it was so obvious, stupidity runs strong in the Araragi family. Araragi opens the maps app on his phone and asks for directions on how to get to their home address, after a few seconds, a path from their current location to their home appears on screen.
Come on, we're getting out of here
>Araragi grabs his sister by the wrist and leads her out of the forest
>>11301371
The good aspects of a host in order from most important to least as per my opinion
>hosts a game from start to finish
>selects an appropriate game size
protip, always do 48 unless it's dead hours
>has a decent custom code
>creative commentary
>leaves an appropriate amount of time between slides
3-5 minutes depending on activity
background don't matter at all don't let anyone fool you
most of the time they're more trouble than they're worth (eg 6 mb bloodbath slide) and don't actually add any value to your games. only retarded people think "oooh shiny = better"
>>11301471
>48 entries

>>11301443

>>11301478
No wonder barely anyone hosts.
>>11301371
>For commentary, just do what I do, say whatever comes to mind, no matter how weird it is.
>>11301471
It took about 15 minutes to fill a 36, and there's not enough stragglers to justify a 48.
So, no.
>>11301443
I'm ready to deliver a promising load of dumplings for everyone to enjoy. If not, I'll be happy to take some for myself. Undoubtedly this will all be over sooner than a jiffy, begin.

>>11301477
W-wait, Nii-chan! What about the pizza?
>She reluctantly walks behind her brother, following him with the grip he has on her wirst.
The pizza delivery guy will be here on a few minutes.
>>11301422

>>11301478

>>11301535
He wanted to know what made a good primetime host.
Literally all you have to do to host though is throw tributes in a slim screenshot the slide and post it and it's fine, you'll be appreciated as a host. those are just things you can do to take a step beyond average
>>11301324
Hmmm...hmm, hmm. I get it now, I get it!
>She strokes her chin a few times slowly, nodding all the while.
...I don't even know what you're on about! Not a clue, not a clue! So we must not even be from the same place~.
Not that interested in death-fights, either! That means you can't have a rematch, silly.
>>11301425
We'll just have to see, huh? I'll figure it out, I swear!
>>11301601
Fine, I'll just prove I'm not a background character by killing everyone in this building. Now to scope out a good starting point.
>>11301610
You're late.... I'm not paying for those.
>>11301617
People don't want above average. They want good.
>>11301610

>>11301601

>>11301595

>Araragi shows no sign of stopping and keeps dragging his sister until they are out of the woods
I don't care, we can get pizza later, now come on, you're going to be late.
>>11301601
>Zer0 has no idea what Star can do and only a minimal understand of how she acts. He does, however, look utterly adorable in his make-up, dress, and stockings as he prances around the stage like she would.
>>11301629
You're a monster and you don't care about fights to the death? Are you kidding? Why would you want to rematch someone after beating them? They're below you, that means you can move forward and fight somebody stronger, right? I'm starting to think you're not quite the monster I thought you were. Monsters are about rampaging, killing heroes, hunting, that kind of thing! That's the whole reason I became one in the first place! Aren't vampires supposed to be huge threats? Act like one!

>>11301653
B-but the pizzaaa...
>Karen's eyes are looking over at the pizza delivery guy >>11301610 as she's dragged away from the woods. The girl puffs her cheeks and steps inside of the arena.
Alright, alright, I will fight.
>>11301601
This seat is tender to the tush and I like that, but what is it exactly that I'm in here for?
>>11301443
It's going to be absolute mayhem and immeasurble carnage in the Parts Unknown Arena tonight! Hello and welcome to Wednesday Night Showtime! JIM ROSS HERE, your host at ringside, and joining me is fellow commentator behind the table, the only seven-time TNA Tag Team Champion, James Storm! And sitting in the Japanese announcer's table we have the vivacious Julia Douglas! She's got the language down pat, and she's more than ready to deliver the action to the Nippon public. James, you've got plenty of experience working in a partnership, but out here, it's every man, woman, beast and machine for themselves, so please, tell the folks at home just how much a difference that factors into this all-out slobberknocker of a deathmatch.
>>11301601
OH BAH GAWD ALMIGHTY, THAT WOMAN'S BEEN CRUSHED IN HER SEAT! IT'S LIKE WATCHIN' A SAW MOVIE AND YOU JUST KNOW SOMETHIN BAD'S GONNA HAPPEN. AS GOD AS MY WITNESS, SHE IS FOLDED IN HALF!
>>11301701
Argh, fucking prick.
>>11301639

>>11301701
I thought I was just a background character! If I were just a side character, why am I killing the leads, then, huh? Huh? I must be a main character! Maybe even the main antagonist! That's the only explanation! The monster Garou will have his screentime!
>>11301701

as Star Butterfly.
>>11301708
>Zer0 "blushes" through his own make-up, a horizontal line of red static stretching across the space in front of his helmet.

>Now that Star Zer0fly has the spotlight on him, he sings his song about taxes:
The money they take
lines the pocket of the state;
a piece of our cake.
The senators talk
but refuse to walk the walk.
Our lives, they all mock.
We give them our cash
with the excuse of a tax
and then they all dash.
When will we wake up
and see how they are corrupt.
We must interrupt!
>It was entirely in monotone.

When they know how you fight, that means they're better suited to fight you. That means a harder fight, that that means a better fight! When you beat someone you give them a reason to get stronger, too~.

Hey, baby...you need a lighter? Don't worry, momma. Johnny's got you...
>Johnny pulls out a lighter out of the apparent void behind his back and sets the woman's cigarette on fire, vaporizing the entire room
>>11301935
It was pretty enjoyable and quite a trip down nostalgia lane, was also a refreshing experience to be able to play as Super Sonic outside of the final boss.
Fuck the special stages though.
>>11301922
But how do you make people fear you and know who you are if you constantly leave everyone alive? That's a comfort to them, knowing if they go against you they can lean on the knowledge of "he won't kill me, he never kills the people he fights, I have infinite tries." That's like giving Mario infinite lives and handing it off to somebody, there's no danger! No one will be afraid of you if you leave people alive, you'll be forgotten! And you definitely can't win that way. The villains lose because they never kill the heroes, right? So don't make that mistake! Kill them while you have the chance, and rewrite the narrative! Make them fear you as the monster that kills all who come after it! Be the villain that kills the heroes! That only makes perfect sense, right? I don't see any flaws in my logic here!

I get it now. You're a fake monster. And here I thought vampires were cool, now I see the truth. I guess even they're open to being brainwashed into fake evil. Alright, then. I'll make sure to add you to my list of people to destroy on my way to becoming a true monster. There's no room for half-assed evil in this world, only true, indiscriminate evil. People like you are the reason villains always lose in stories. You disgust me, "vampire."

Uh...yeah.

I bet it's sex events.
>>11302199
Karen is a cool dude but I can see how it's annoying.
There are a lot of good RP going on here but nobody read them besides those involved.
>>11302250
The troll toll event is already the best sex event in this code
>>11302140
>Matt shrugs his shoulders
Ok, though I don't know what you're worried about
>>11302183
Awww...I get you now, I get you. You want to be the big scary evil guy, the villain! Who said I was being evil in the first place anyways, huh, huh? I'm just ruled by selfishness, plain and simple~. It's Elis you want for "eeeeviiiil". She's crazy, she's crazy.
>The vampire then reaches up, and tries to pat Garou on the head.
And there's nothing wrong with being a little imp.
>>11302250
N-No, I'm working on my own code. No sex events.
I'd cry too if I were you, Saber. I still don't know what the fuck just happened.

(How'd I do JR?)
Sorry Zer0, I was really enjoying your breakout role, but it's over now. RIP.
>>11302277
Of course I want to be the big scary guy!
>He allows the headpat to happen, but he is mildly upset by it!
You always hear about the heroes winning, and when you look into it, the villains are constantly doing things for their "traumatic backstory" or "for revenge," and everything they do is to benefit themselves! What's the deal with that? Why isn't there anyone that just does evil to do evil? Why isn't there anyone that's just evil at its core? That's obviously the reason they always lose! I thought I found a monster that understood like I did.. Listen, you can be happy being a fake villain, but I'm going to be the monster that finally wins, understand? Because that's what's really cool. Not the oversaturated hero that comes in to save the day. That's predictable and boring. I'm gonna be the cool villain that changes the narrative.

>Julia punches a wall with as much force as she can muster.
("The people didn't deserve die like that... and by my own hands no less!")
Urgh... no matter, no matter... calm down, just calm down. I'll get through this, despite all of this madness.

Two of the great evils of man are ambition and selfishness. All evil is selfish at heart! Revenge is selfish, reactign to the trauma is selfish, and evil for evil means that it's because you enjoy it. And guess what, that's selfish too, that's selfish too!
>She grins once more, pulling her hand away.
And you're selfish AND ambitious! You want glory and recognition, and to be the new trend-setter. See what I mean?
Got any hosts next? Got a little something I want to try out.

>>11302583
From dead to alive, works everytime.
>>11302583
Of course I do! And there's nothing wrong with being selfish or ambitious or whatever, that's cool! But where you fake villains go wrong is when you insist on leaving people alive or doing something "good" because it benefits you more than the evil choice, get it? That's not what a real monster is! Real monsters always take the evil route! And it's a damn shame there're so few out there that agree with me! Like, for example, villains that team up with other villains. That's stupid! You're not on the same side just because you're both evil, you know? That said, under a normal circumstance I would've killed you by now, but I've got my reasons. Maybe I'll do it some other time.
