Well, since this is 4chan, I guess I get to actually tell you to fix your shit with some level of vitriol. As >>11203171 has hinted, your info tab isn't winning any hearts and minds. Some funny entries are nice, but at some point purposely filling out irrelevant bits with attempts at humor only becomes annoying rather than endearing.

The personnel report being a drop tab is actually kind of neat and fitting, but you could still use a couple paragraphs that just cut the bullshit and get to who your character is and what he's about. Just something along the lines of "He's a special agent, he gets the job done, but can be a bit rough about the means." Something like that, but longer. You can even flesh out what kind of missions he usually does there.

Drop the whole gear tab; people can recognize a special agent/black ops character with enough context, and hardly any gear queers are around to actually appreciate that kind of stuff. When you do find them, you can do the gear wankery in play rather than on a character profile.

Get rid of the youtube links.

As for custom kinks, maybe cut back on the video game character references. I played the Division, and a bit of Wild Lands, and I needed to sit for a minute and remember who the fuck Pac Katari was.

Also have a custom kinks about other player behaviors tends to come across as incredibly petty.

When it comes to coding, it looks decent enough with the quotes, inline image, and use of orange text, but I'm also using the dark theme for F-List so it has a nice contrast.

Favorite tab is for the things the character is meant for.
Yes tab is things I generally enjoy and don't mind doing in any RP.
Maybe tab is for things I'm on the fence about, and need to be in the mood for.
No tab is specifically for kinks I am not into, purposely listed so I don't get approached by someone asking for <x> or <y> play. Just to save us both time.

As someone with time roleplaying on both F-List and Second Life (I was younger, shoot me.) it's easier to do first person if you're new to this or if you don't feel as confident. After all, you've been you all your life so it's easy to say "I do this".

This can limit you on how much you show in a post, and with all creative writing it's show, don't tell. Have a character lick their lips and look at their partner with half-lidded eyes, don't say they were horny and looked at the partner with a horny gaze. Dialogue is entirely based on the character, so it varies from illiterate bimbo to educated socialite.

Good etiquette for role playing is generally summarized as not being a shit, and using a healthy vocabulary without becoming too verbose. You're going to have to be more specific with what your problem, but for dialogue a handy measure is "Would this ever really come out of someone's mouth? Does it sound right coming out of this person's mouth?" Only robots talk like robots, so there is usually some slang and preference for certain word choices. For example, an uneducated street might say "I told that guy over by the corner what happened while he was gone." while a high society aristocrat may choose to go with, "I informed the man by the shop of the events that unfolded in his absence."

Honestly dialogue and speech patterns are some fucky nonsense that would require way more than one post to explain. Just keep in mind who is doing the talking and choose the appropriate words.

Minor nitpick that I'm only posting because I'm tired of seeing this shit and because others have already pointed out listing all your gear and a random vid no one is going to watch: Your personnel file is full of shit that someone wouldn't give two shits about filling out. Someone working up an official report on you isn't going to list who you have sex with (and that it includes fellow comrades and the fact that you refer to them as "fuckbuddies"), that you're willing to make hard decisions (literally everyone will be this), what kinda of music you listen to, and the fact that you made friends with your former team

Compared to the other shit it's a minor squabble but shit like this, to me, separates legitimately competent roleplayers using military themed characters from the dime-a-dozen tacticool "grizzled super special operations muhreen" characters

This kind of thing needs to come up in actual roleplay, same with your gear. Listing every single detail no matter how minor about your character, especially taken past the point of being believable, leaves nothing to the imagination and makes roleplay too dull and predictable
