I'm currently working on my first CYOA and I'm about halfway done and looking for suggestions. I'm giving it theme around curses in a medieval setting. Some of them more beneficial than others but getting progressively more extreme as the CYOA progresses. IE at the start it's things like "you are cursed to only eat phallic shaped food" but as it goes along you can become an ostracized beastman, gain balls that expand unless they are routinely milked, have to sustain yourself through vore, etc.
I'm looking for suggestions on the extreme end of things, I have most of the "lighter" stuff already done
