Once upon a time, there was f-list. It had a tight-knit community of about ten thousand users, with 1000-3000 users online at most. Most people played furries (f-list is a furry site at heart), and humans were rarities. Submissive males sometimes saw play, with plenty of gay people around to fuck them. The few human characters that were present were mostly anime-related, and relatively good at roleplaying.

The site slowly kept on growing throughout the years. Then, around the summer of 2016, it hit critical mass. Overnight, the primary gender-colors in various channels changed from blue and pink (male and female) to purple and violet (herms and shemales).

The majority of new characters had shifted away from the original furry demographic towards an influx of human characters, played by people far less interested in roleplaying and just there to jerk off to text. With this demographic change, the quality of average roleplays rapidly degraded from paragraph-strong to a couple of measily sentences written in poor English. The winter of 2016 only served to ruin the website further, with the normies bringing in their friends.

The biggest problem with human male characters is that 9/10 times there's absolutely zero effort involved. Minimal if any profile description, zero custom kinks and just like 5 pics of generic looking anime guys. If they're gonna put that little effort into their profile then it's easy to think that they'll not bother to actually try with the roleplay either.

I have a confession to make anons, I have a profile that contains multiple distinct characters, and over time I have been making each one into it's own character. Lately I have stopped, I feel like a lazy piece of crap for that.

Still, I put in effort when I do, I try to make each profile it's own distinct character with about 5 properly spaced paragraphs.

Here is probably the worst part...all of the kinks across my profiles are the same, and I only got a couple of custom kinks.

Add some colored titles to your profiles. They'll make'em more appealing.

If you want to list your characters together without making a shitty "hub profile", use the character list feature to chain them together. Personally I only use this to list related characters, but I'm sure people won't mind seeing random faces on the side, and might even appreciate getting to choose from more than one snout.

Just make sure not to link any human character to your furs. That's a dealbreaker.
