It just think that Punished!Nick would logically be 10x more closed off than his canon counterpart. In turn, Proto!Judy is no hopeful optimist that cares about everyone she helps, she just does it because she cares about justice. Him subtly seducing his captor after a particularly close call is a lot more realistic than realising that she's his destined One.
