"My only friend at all" gets the lowest points with only three votes, which to be honest is still a lot considering the severity of only having imaginary friends, but at a second glance, "my only true friends" is at 11, which is even way sadder the the first one.
I know tulpas are often born out of loneliness, but jeez.

Consider getting back into active forcing regularly (maybe try to work up to half an hour a day) with your tulpa, until they become independent. Forcing before bed isn't bad, but I wouldn't rely on it as your main means of active forcing, only because the important part of active forcing is your active attention, which is the main thing that goes away as you fall asleep.

Historically, in older guides, they had an hour count that you were expected to work up towards (where you'd have to actively force for x amount of total hours), and while that view is largely rejected as being correct, the idea of tulpaing being a super personal experience where you can't really do anything wrong is kind of a big meme. Consider setting a goal-amount of hours, and working toward it day by day. Two and a half months worth of daily half-hour forcing sessions should do the trick, especially if your tup is already well developed in other areas.

Ah man, this will be hard. She's only 1-2, (and I'm drunk off a 4loko rn) so she isn't that developed yet, but she has shown me that she has an advanced sense of empathy, whenever there are "people who need help" in my minds eye she always attempts to help them, whether they are real or not. We used to watch powerpuff girls together and I would have her be Buttercup while I would "be " Blossom, and that was early on in her life, so she understands the role of a "hero". This is surprising, as for most people they go hand-in-hand. I've always had depression, for example. If you get help before making any radical moves, you may be able to stop yourself from developing any further issues.
