If you want to start seeing some real progress, you need to set aside a consistent amount of time each day to form your tulpa. If your tulpa has the form of an existing character, try to find as many references as possible. It helps with viewing them in different positions and when moving. If your tulpa has a completely original form, I would recommend sketching their it. Sketching bone structures (if they don't have a human form) helps with movement a lot. After you have the mental image of your tulpa that you want to impose, just try to visualize it in front of you. It's difficult at first, but you'll get better with time.
