I've never understood the concept of elves as low-class fuckslaves.

Just from how long-lived they are, elf slaves should be a ridiculously expensive purchase, even if only because they'll still be in good condition when your great great grandchildren inherit them. That's not even getting into all of the specialties and trades they can learn just through sheer brute force and time. Even if your elf has a learning disability or some shit, with enough time and effort they'll still be able to learn literally everything you could need them for.

Want a slave that can cook, clean, teach the children, go over the finances, repair buildings, cobble shoes, sew clothing, and also fuck like a succubus? An elf can learn every single one of them, and after a few generations, be better at all of them than humans who have devoted their lives to a single one. Back when slavery was still openly practiced, just one of those skills (barring the fucking, because most places liked to at least pretend they weren't fucking the slaves) could shoot the value of a slave up by 30-60%. A slave that knew multiple high-value skills could be worth more than a large house during the times when demand outstripped supply (which elven slavery would assuredly be unless they give birth to litters of kids at a time).

Elven slaves should be something that only the wealthiest of families can have, passed down through generations and serving the roles of multiple different house-servants at the same time. A status symbol that differentiates the wealthy from the upper-middle class. If they're fucktoys that any random schmuck can make a career out of fucking, then either they're massively different from most fantasy elves, or the world operates on retard-logic.

I'd say it would depend greatly on the culture and ideals of the setting in general. If elves are considered a slave race and perhaps inherently impure and not valuable for anything other than sex then I wouldn't be surprised if they'd at least initially sell for cheap.

Supply and demand is another question to consider. How many elves are there, and what is the culture of slave ownership in the region. Do merchants and tradesmen own them, or is it something strictly for nobility and the exorbitantly wealthy?

Perhaps it is a world where after many wars with elvenkind, elves are religiously decried as less than human, inherently evil or malignant, and worthless. Slavery and servitude is the best they can hope for, and few would have them around. Especially the rich, who can afford human servants.

I don't browse 4chan with any regularity; it's been over a decade since I used to hang out on /u/. (If some sort of bogeyman has shown up here in the meantime, that's news to me.) I only found this thread because someone linked it on QQ.

Not only that, but by the time I laid eyes on the original CYOA, it had already been through the image-hosting wringer enough times that it was actually worse quality than what you see here. The reason my pages are 1040 pixels wide instead of 1500 is, I was trying to match what I thought was the original resolution. It seemed kinda small to me, but I did that anyway (instead of making it big in the working files and SHRINKING IT DOWN just before uploading to "match" that size) because I'm an idiot.

I could go back and remake it in a higher resolution -- most of the original art I used for the portraits was high enough res to allow it -- but that would be a pain in the ass.

Oh, and I fucked up one of the art credits. At one point I was using art for both Sun and Neptune that was by efr-s, but later I switched to a different Neptune portrait, and I never changed the credits to reflect that. The credits still say efr-s for both of them, which I'm pretty sure is wrong. I cannot for the life of me track down the artist for the current portrait.

Pretty interesting, I like the premise and choosing the girls but the design is kinda unnecessarily bothersome. My criticism, which you're obviously free to disagree with:

The boons are great but they take half the page and only for alternative "wait 5 years". Waiting for additional, set number of Essence alone would be better and I'd rather put those boons as buyable bonuses at the end.

Mana and prices are kinda mess. You set whole mechanics about how wishes can be incorporated in the spells and how you have varied number of mana depending on state of undress. It actually takes away from immersion as you have to number crunch more for no good reason. Simply making each girl offer to cast some spell for you once and teaching you it/other spells - each with different, additional cost - would be better and easier, less complicated manner of just deducting points. Mana is also kinda useless and serves little of a point - just make limitation of how many times per what time you can cast some spell and that'll be fine enough without having to count more. It's kinda shitty mechanics that quite a few lewd magic CYOA employed and always it turned out to be kinda useless, just one more set of numbers to keep a track of.

Lastly, I'd really prefer for each girl to instead of coming as a set of spells to have some blurb of dialogue. From the fluff standpoint it's also kinda weird they're all some mystical/paranormal creature when they were meant to be starting human girls aspiring to be witches powers of whose I'd awake. It's sloppy and kinda unintuitive what the fuck is going on.

Shows potential but kinda seems like a baby's first CYOA, not really thought through. I enjoyed it for a few minutes anyway, so thanks for that.

Normal Mode gives you a flat 10 essence to start with if you're looking for more of a challenge, I'm pretty sure Libido Mode is meant to be sort of a God Mode for the cyoa.
