I'd recommend also picking up a Downsize! (blocks half of all damage, for when your battle lasts more than 1 turn) and a healer. For healers I'd say check out Cursed Elixir, Oasis Tonic or Greater Healing Scroll.

install an auto-refresher extension. set it to refresh every 5 seconds. Let it run for 10 minutes or so while you do whatever so long as it's not on neo. Don't let it run for too long, or set it to refresh too often, and you should be fine.
