I think the species definitely need a rework, and I don't mean splitting avian and lizard species. Cats, equines, and canines need to be grouped up for sure. I would add centaur as a modifier, 2x cost option in the species, rather than it being a furry type.

Other things that come to mind is putting an 'Equal' option up at the Who's In Charge for 40 points or something, else it just encourages minmaxing by picking Furries in Charge then picking equal down at the bottom. This also allows for 'Equal, Equal' picks if societal class difference isn't someone's bag. I would also make 'Human Size' in the Size section the 0 point option, with bonus points for picking 'Species Dependent' instead of having that being the 'free pick.' Oh, and World needs to be looked over because it heavily favors pre-modern but Fantasy, with its magic and other nonsense that can replace modern creature comforts, gives points rather than take away despite being the medieval equivalent of sci-fi. Also its less penalizing to take Superhero over Steampunk, Pokemon, or Sci-Fi, for some reason.
