I don't think so, Pack Street does get lots of attention but even after it ends I think people will still come here to post about Pack Street or something like Next Generation and whatnot.

I'd rather have more fanfiction of fanfiction, at least those seem to try to build more of the characters and setting. Lately fanfics have been dull melodramas cashing in on the movie characters and development while offering nothing or something that ignores the movie completely and replaces characters with OCs with the same name and appearance.

Yeah, I'd say a decent amount of the thread (Like, maybe even half) will probably bail once Pack Street's done.
Even when it ends though, there's still gonna be tons of fanfics and fanart after Weaver drops it. (And he'll probably still do little throwbacks to it every now and then, knowing Weaver) So the massive decay in threadbase will be slowed by that.
But overall yeah, the threads are gonna lose alot of Anons when P.S. is done. Hopefully it survives off the normal Zoot fans.

Partly sanity, partly I really like how the portraiture turned out (started rendering there first, although I had most of the original composition's colour blocked in). I felt like to make the final composition any larger would distract from what I thought was clicking the best.

Plus once I started shading and pushing the atmosphere it become really moody (my curse) so I felt like pushing into a really intimate cropping complimented that. Even if it meant letting go of how much I liked the full pose in the line art.

I dunno which one I prefer. I'm sure reading all the Roommates chapters back to back adds a level of immersion that you don't get with the 2 week at best intervals Pack Street has.
I'd say that Pack Street has cleaner writing with less obvious repeating of words and phrases.
Either way, the time spent reading a chapter is always the highlight of my day.

The most interesting things to happen recently were an argument about the treatment and actions of a mentally retarded mammal, and the nighthowler crisis, which is entirely out of their control or foreknowledge, and is just happening to them.

The actions of the fanbase have been nothing but shipping and memes for months.

What's anyone's long-term goal in the story? What does Remmy want? What are his motivations, what is he trying to achieve, other than "learn through constant blind trial and error how to be less racist?"
