Those are all fairly good mons.
Zorua tend to be mischievous their whole life, keep things like keys and your dex somewhere they can't grab it.
Any pokemon that has an item or friendship evo tends to be some of the nicest. Pokemon like Gligar take a bit to get used to someone but once they've warmed up they'll protect you with their life.
Also, a lot of the legendaries seem to be trying to learn from humans. Play your luck and show off your strength and you might be lucky.
I'm, uh, not interested actually, working for a federal agency takes enough time out of my schedule.

Riolu is a classic "test" Pokémon, Its a great introduction to the challenges of being a trainer, not inherently life threatening, requires only modest care, and has a bult in "performance check" in its evolution mechanisms. In short Riolu is a fantastic beginner Pokémon.

Oh the subject of you other two.. they are quite appropriate examples of species I would caution new trainers against.
I hate to speak in such bread strokes, but generally speaking, newer trainers should not attempt to raise a psychic, dark, poison, ghost, or dragon type. All of these have exceptions but all of these rules, if followed, help leave less bodies in the wake of training.

Id say Espeon is one of the safer Psychics, but I stand by my suggestion that no novice should train a psychic at all. Both due to the potential danger to the trainer, and all the trouble to society a psychic under the instructions of a untested trainer can bring.

Dark types on the other hand are a type I'm willing to admit can work for novices under specific circumstances.

Zorua is not one of them. Zorua is the "illusion" Pokémon. Already mischievous by nature, it can and will attempt to manipulate your perception of reality itself to get whatever it wants, be that a easy laugh, or something altogether darker. I would absolutely not trust a untested trainer with the responsibility of parcing the world through that tricksters lens.

I know this answer is not what you are looking for, but the best dark type for a new trainer is the one that chooses them.
Dark types are, by their very nature, fickle. The normally small danger of mutiny is a very real issue with most dark types. The confidence gained from the knowledge that the dark type joined of its own volition is a huge deal, seeing as it assure at least temporary loyalty, or at least cooperation.
Even so, I suppose I owe you a list of some of the more "tame" dark types. As a general rule of thumb, if a Pokémon normally lives in a group or "pack" structure, it's probably going to have an easier time fitting into a team. This rule is very much so true for Pokémon like Poochyena, Murkrow, and Pawniard, although the latter a tendency to gut things on behalf of its leader would need to be addressed. Greninja is relatively tame, assuming it was raised by the same trainer brought its evolutionary stages. Finally, Umbreon can be, for the most part, a loyal team member, due to its status as an eeveelution, a group known for their inherent friendliness, and its friendship bound evolution. If an Eevee where to evolve into an Umbreon under a novice trainers care, I'd say that is probably the best case scenario for dark type training.
