Ok, I'm gonna talk about the biggest and most glaring errors, since one's path on drawing begins by fixing them, then the others.
First thing, I suggest you try some of the first exercises on drawabox.com. They are very useful in getting acquainted with the instruments you are using and drawing good lines, I should do more of them myself.
First thing to remember: bodies like symmetry. If you do a big arm on one side it should be big on the other side too, feet should be roughly of equal size, and so on. Asymmetry is introduced usually for "special" (read snowflake) characters. For the internal (skeleton) and general anatomy you did a good job.
Second thing to remember: Zootopians are plantigrades. Civets (real) are digitigrades. So in Zootopia a civet has much bigger feet than their real counterpart.
Another useful tip: Zootopians are not you usual furry, they are basically animals on two legs. Use the photos to get an idea of the muzzle. It should be pointed, cat-like, not flat. Here I draw a simple example of what he would look like. References are the life of the artist, do not fear to use them. For example, you forgot the spots on the civet arms, that can also be useful to show fur and dimensionality (with shape and orientation).
Speaking of dimensionality, your biggest flaw is the lack of depth in your drawing. You make single, continuous lines, but 3D is added by intersecting lines (I showed an example in pic related, also of you should add dimensionality to arms and legs). How do you know where to break and intersect the lines? Observe (drawings and photos) and draw, draw, draw. This is the only way.
Also it seems you don't like to zoom when you draw. I have this problem too. But you should get close and add details. With experience you will learn how they interact with the rest of the drawing, without zooming out.

Just after I got cut loose from training, I received a priority one (meaning immediate response) animal ordinance call. Usually, this call is reserved for animals in traffic or vicious animals, where there is the potential for immediate threat to life.

Basically, When you make a cel-folder you make each frame an individual layer inside the folder. It's a biiiit annoying in the fact that unless you already have a timeline created with each frame already set, it won't show up frame by frame.

So if you wanna do frame by frame, i'd recommend opening a timeline, then a cell folder and just "New animation cell" in the cell folder, and then go frame by frame [what I usually do].

CSP has some hoops to go through, like that so it takes some getting used to.

Also like most programs, if there are too many colors it washes out the colors when exported. What I did was simply save each frame as an image [you can export them like that], and edit it together in Aesprite since I already use the binary tool.

Its tricky to get into, but once you mess with it for a while it's not that hard.

For instance, I tag any posts involving Stoutwell (chapter updates, art, etc.) with a #stoutwell tag, but if you click the tag while on my page, several posts with the tag never show up, and if you do a regular search with the word "stoutwell" even less of my posts show up.
