The extra space would be better spent on more thoroughly describing how the "foreskin" covers the entire penis (rather than just the tip - this being the main point), and possibly also how much thicker it is than regular foreskin.

Could you expand upon that point score? How much did you spend on spells/boons/devotions?

Realistically, I'm not going to try to balance this out 100%, BUT this is literally just the first shot at it, and maybe some things should be changed.

So I've decided to try writing a TG cyoa since I have jack shit to do nowadays. I've pretty much finished writing it up with a bunch of boons and banes that cost/give points. That's certainly one way to do it. The first option, the complete override, is pretty pointless as it means we'd be made as a completely different person and we have no idea what kinda person that'd be, so there's really no point in imagining it out.

The second option seems really...forced and inconvenient. You'd have no knowledge of how to be a girl and your friendships/relationships would be completely different, but you'd have no memories or knowledge to support your new life. And if everything were kept the exact same, that brings up other issues. Like why you have the exact same list of guy-friends and ex-girlfriends (or even wives) when that's pretty implausible now. Also, what if you want to act differently now? Acting like a girl--even if it's a matter of manners, politeness, or social norms--would have all your friends wondering what's wrong with you. So yeah, Completely Normal has a lot of messy downsides.

There are a number of in-between options you could use. Perhaps you have both memories and personalities and you're struggling with who you really are. Perhaps you have your old memories and personality, but access to the new life's memories and knowledge, so you're struggling to step into your new life's shoes. Perhaps you have your memories, but a girlier personality, as you said. Maybe your life as a girl was almost identical (same schools, same jobs), just genderflipped, so you just have to catch up on your friend/family/relationships (or maybe that knowledge is provided).

There are a ton of in-between options that would all be viable. But both of the current options have huge downsides that make them really inconvenient, imo.
