Good, like the other anon said, be careful that the fur around the angles of the mouth and the droopy cheeks make them seem older than they are.
Your lines are clean (and that's good), but so is your art. Add some details for that 3D feeling (folds in clothes, messy fur) and realism. Nick's nose is going a little upward toward the end. Having the lines of the eyes not closed is an interesting choice but be careful, it makes them seem in dire need of sleep in some poses.

like the Judy's, I think the line at the bottom of the eyes needs to be finer so they don't look like bugs under his eyes.
I think the other part is the wide eyes look, maybe need a fine outline all around, but then with a thicker half lidded line just over the iris?
Unless you were going for that OMG look, Judy's more the 'Oh good grief' look, which is OK if that's what you were going for.
Like some anon said, sometimes non-drawers can see what's 'not right', explaining it is a bit harder.
I think doing what I would call 'single weight' outline drawings, the nuance of each line can change the feel.
Weaver is a master of this and could probably explain it better.
But hey, you doing good so far, it's all good practice.

If I remember correctly, Judy isn't raped; she and Nick are basically tip toeing around a possible relationship together, with Nick doing the usual "push Judy away so she finds someone better", when her parents invite her over to Bunny Burrow for a while to introduce her to some buck. Judy comes back a few days early, they get into a car crash, and while healing up Nick finds out that Judy had gotten drunk and had sex with the buck. She gives birth to a single kit, and when Judy wakes up she and Nick immediately get together, despite her admitting she doesn't deserve him for hurting him with a "stupid, impulsive action" but it is ok because Nick forgives her.

I bought it thinking it would be gameplay oriented but five seconds in I get so much narrative and so little gameplay I wonder if it is a VN.

I really want to think it will be good but I have no hope, binge purchases are my bane.
