This cannot be proven or disproven as the experience of a tulpa hug is subjective to the host and their tulpa. There is no measurable unit to a tulpa hug and thus it is impossible to show whether your tulpa does indeed give better hugs or not. This is how we get to the question "Can we hug?" and "What is a hug?". What is the definition of a hug? The definition of a hug is: squeeze (someone) tightly in one's arms, typically to express affection. So we can deduce that we can hug as we have arms and have the ability to squeeze someone with them. But your tulpas form is not physical, which means it cannot physically hug you at all. So no ones tulpa hug is better than anyone elses because by definition, they are only imaginary and do not actually happen physically.

I think it's your tulpas first attempts at communication. With my tulpa, I get head pressures as responses and often times they feel like an emotion. A small head pain if there's anger or embarrassment, a more light headed pressure for happiness and so on. I also get them more if I ask questions with yes or no answers.

I both like and dislike the way my brain does things. I've had trouble with visualization for two weeks, making very little progress. Then suddenly a switch is flipped and now my wonderland is way more vivid and I can see my tupper in there. It felt like before my eyes tried to still see things even though I didn't want them to. When that stopped everything became way easier. Still can't concentrate on a thing(for example to count something on it) or see any movement though. Trying either of those makes everything just vanish.

We have some bad weather occasionally, but it's rare that it drops below 0 during winter and the summer heat doesn't usually get over 95. Ohio is best state.

Hi, been watching this thread for a few months now and finally wanted to ask, How did you guys get into the hang of starting out?

Like when you first got started in making a tulpa, did you listen to certain music while meditating or only looked at one image to help you get the shape?

Dead silence to start, and then whatever music was up-tempo once we got a hold of the Wonderland (we tend to like trance for that, even though trance is garbage for anything else).

We also had a little 5x3 iron plate I could mess with to help me not rub my fingers raw on the carpet or whatever else while I was spacing, and it worked wonders for me. It has little indents from how much I used it.

Start at 15 minutes every night, and progress upward at your ability, but know that it's real easy to lose 4 hours in if you're not careful.

Took me 9 months for voice, and 2 years for imposition which I lost 2 years later from not-meditating enough.

I tried playing Sid Meier's Pirates with her doing the decisions and me the actual playing. I thought she'd be too passive for the game. We discussed a few solutions: dating one person each won't work for a host of reasons, and dating one person together as a body is similar. I know it's fun to joke around this stuff, but I just don't want to. I see my tulpa like a family member/best friend, and she sees me differently. I'm still talking to her and trying to make sure we eventually see each other in the same way, or at the very least have a relationship where both of us are happy. I had resolved to not have any kind of relationship with any of my tulpas before making them, but my first one sort of developed feelings for me anyway, and it kind of turned into a bit of a mess.

Our solution was to agree to a unique relationship, instead of trying to form our relationship based on outside-expectations: if the tulpa-host bond is thoroughly unique, why shouldn't their relationship be, as well?
So, we do romantic shit, occasionally sexual shit, and we're happy. I'm not restricted to just her as a partner, but I haven't really dated anyone since we've been together, so I can't really say how that's been.
