I think the key idea is to be able to express whatever's going on without having to appeal to high standards of art. This is MS paint stuff, though if you find it easier or want to go the extra mile there's infinitely better programs as far as brush variety/selection/filling/layers goes.
Just draw something and have fun with it, don't worry about it not looking exactly like your favorite deviantart fetish picture, and most importantly, don't get discouraged and give up on it!
