Betty domming is straight up in her job description, although I think Pandora would give her a run for her money based on experience and skill (and certainly range). Charlie's definitely quite relatable, even if the root of her issues and some of its expressions are a bit unique. Living down to society's low expectations, trying to 'own' a label while internalizing the damage it does to your self-worth, coming to think you're not good enough to deserve love and fantasizing about a version of yourself that is, that's all pretty common stuff.

Charlie needs help first and foremost, therapy and family would be a good start but in the absence of those a supportive relationship with someone where she could lower her guard and open up about her issues would also work.
I don't really expect her and Remmy to get together mostly because he just doesn't have the sort of observant, patient, supportive personality to play that role. Not even bashing him for it, not everyone's suited to that kind of relationship, but even if they're otherwise compatible it just seems like a stretch (as things stand) that he'll be able to help.
Don't expect much of Marty either, though. He's maybe observant and involved enough, but he doesn't come off as intensely emotionally sensitive, their respective issues might even clash at some point.
