As a dude who plays a ton of wow and has looked for a D/s dynamic to be played out in-game, I feel like I can answer with a very informed "No".

Healslutting only caught on because of Mercy. Literally. Mostly you've got dudes fantasizing about being her and use signals agreed upon in different communities so that people know they can be misogynist against the player. I would be shocked if more than 10% of people promoting healslut porn were actual females. Even then they just wish they were the perfect blonde princess we know as Mercy.

If I had to guess I'd say WoW hasn't developed a similar dynamic because it's far too social. If I went into the group builder and advertised a group that said I was looking for a dedicated support player, everyone on my btag list could see that, which includes my guild leader and a bunch of the officers. I'd get shit for years about it if it had a sexual overtone. Plus, there just isn't a whole lot of shit you can get done in WoW (can't speak for other MMOs but I'm guessing it's similar) with just two people when one also isn't enough. If I want to blitz through HFC mythic for instance, it'll take like 5 people including a shadow priest. Anything in Pandaria can be solo'd.
