Young collage fatty becomes spokesperson of their collages 'HAES' group, or equivalent group. As Spokesperson, she naturally gains even more weight as she eats at meetings. After walking around the collage campus becomes to difficult, she decides to drop out, and take up her spokesperson job even more. After a few months, her weight skyrockets and she is clearly getting in worse shape, with her wheezing after a few seconds of waling and complaining about mild chest pains. Later, she is invited to speak at the collage yet again, but has gained even more. She wheels out strapped to a mobility scooter, having become to fat to walk, and with oxygen piped into her nose. Even as she comes out, none of the overweight audience questions her size. She then begins to speak, and after the exertion of giving a speech about fat health and her nervousness becomes too much, her heart begins to ache as she lies about her health as she succumbs to the issues of her size at the HAES meeting, becoming a morbid warning for any greedy porker who goes too far.

Alternate version of a similar idea:

An evil and sadistic fat girl starting a campaign similar to 'HAES' and using it to fatten other girls to unhealthy proportions and take their money, all while using the money to buy food and make life more convenient for her. Eventually she grows even bigger and is kicked away from the campaign for being overtly unhealthy (Wheezing, chest pains, cramps) and eats herself even further into obesity, all while trying to siphon off as much money from these other insecure fat girls as she can, even as she continues to stuff herself and continue the strain on her own body. Her eventual comeuppance comes when some medical records of hers are leaked and reveal how unhealthy obesity is. With everything taken from her, she returns to eating like a pig, aware of the health complications and still stuffing herself until the strain on her body becomes too much.
