Thanks! I wish Witchblood got more hype. It's a really great, stylish Metroidvania with some good difficulty. Not "solid" or "fun," but great. It has almost a perfect review score.

Unfortunately, people keep comparing it to Ori and the Blind Forest, which is kind of like saying "Yeah, Hobo with a Shotgun is great. But it's no Pulp Fiction."

I had seen a fic or two that have flirted with the idea that Nick thought Judy would report him to MA since he was interested in her. Thinking that she didn't want him as a liability.

I (Pantless Ninja) wrote the story and, during a small break while figuring it out I also drew the picture.

The sunbeams were there to give the sensation of time passing and the photo got too much description because I had a specific one in mind when I thought of it, and it never occurred to me that it might eat up too much attention.

King in Yellow was written by Robert W. Chambers, though I have not actually read the book.
Weird I know, but I have been knee deep in cthulhu mythos for the better part of a decade and I've gotten most of my feel for it from the Call of Cthulhu pen and paper games (I DM and play them a bunch)

This was the first greentext (or story at all really) that I've written and I thank you for the constructive criticism, I really do have a colon problem.
It always looks to me like there are too many of them.

It pisses me off when someone writes about law-system without actually making it believable.

The photo no matter how incriminating can only provided as partial evidence.

They would question the children about it.
If not the police, Judy herself. She would go and ask the kids and Gideon.

Any sort of slight investigation would reveal the misunderstanding.

Gideon could only end up in jail if they just straight out say he is guilty, which is impossible unless he gets the most unhelpful lawyer to represent him at court.

Overall, the concept is good but the execution is not detailed enough to be believable.
